Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to become an intelligent woman. She is the perfect model of women today who are able to do all. She's an author and health expert as well as a talk show host, and producer. Also, a dancer and director. Comedienne and model. And most importantly a mom and wife! So it's not surprising that she has earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu's approach to health is evident throughout her entire life. She believes that you can accomplish whatever you want with a healthy body. But not always. When she was a teenager her weight climbed significantly. She was a grumpy person who felt poorly and unwell all the every day. Her parents both passed away in their 50's - her mother due to arthritis complications and her father from a heart attack--she knew she needed to take charge of her health to ensure they could ensure that the same fate not await her. It wasn't about food regimens, but instead about discovering the best way to optimize the function of our bodies.
